The work presents a juxtaposition of the childhood phrase ‘I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream’ and sexual violence. The phallic-shaped ends of the mustachioed popsicles that are drilling into the crying cone, making a chasm, a crack that stands in for the genitals and the fissure that forms in the victim’s psych.
